We offer two BJJ programs for adults. The first is our Main Program, in which everyone trains together on Mat One. The second is our Women’s Program, which is exclusive to women and runs on Mat Two. Both programs are rooted in gi and no gi self-defense and sport-focused Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
