We teach traditional Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), a system of combat that focuses on takedowns, ground control, escapes, and submissions. Below you will find the many class variations that we offer.

Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: Our kids program focuses on the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and self-defense. Ages range from 5 - 12. Kids are divided by size and skill. This class requires a gi. All levels are welcome.

INTRO.jpg

Intro To Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: This optional four-week course is a perfect entry for adults who have no prior grappling experience or martial arts training. Basic drills, strategy, and technique are taught at this course.

BJJ Fundamentals.jpg

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals: This session focuses on the most basic techniques of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and self-defense. At this class, you will find first-day students, as well as people who have been training for many years. This class requires a gi. All levels are welcome.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Main Curriculum: Instruction starts very simple. As class progresses, the instruction becomes more technical. Students have the option to drill simpler techniques, or progress to more advanced movements. This class requires a gi. All levels are welcome.

NO GI BJJ.jpg

No Gi Jiu Jitsu: This class follows the same format as the Main Curriculum classes. Without the gi, strategy and grips change significantly. This class requires shorts and a tight fitting t-shirt or rash guard. All levels are welcome.

No Gi Leg Locks: This specialty class focuses on attacking and defending leg locks. This is an advanced class. Blue belts and up may attend.

Advanced Sport BJJ.jpg

Advanced Sport Jiu Jitsu: Effectively grappling against higher ranks at a tournament is a very different experience than grappling with your typcial student at the school. At this class, we explore advanced techniques and strategies. Blue belts and up may attend.

Competition Class: We crank up the intensity at this session. Anyone may attend, but students are expected to have a list of techniques ready to drill, and a focused attitude is a must. This is a very tough practice. All levels are welcome.
