When I put these videos together, I made a conscious effort to err on the side of 'simple' with every single technique. As you surf YouTube and social media for Brazilian jiu jitsu moves, you will encounter an endless library of techniques that span the range of functional, flashy, basic, technical, and confusing. There is some value in all of them. The purpose of this program is to give my students a concrete foundation upon which they can create their own expression of Brazilian jiu jitsu.
